Junior League of Mobile’s Provisional Class Facilitates
Beautification Project at Clark-Shaw Magnet School

Mobile, Alabama (March 25, 2025) – Junior League of Mobile’s (JLM) 2024-2025 Provisional Class is proud to present a beautification project at Clark-Shaw Magnet School of Math, Science, and Technology from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 29 and 30, and April 5 and 6.

In this project, members of JLM’s Provisional Class will come together to improve Clark-Shaw’s outdoor classroom. Members will tackle landscaping, updating the facility and improving student accommodation as well as general beautification of the area.

Every spring, JLM’s Provisional members plan a project to help community organizations. Past projects include establishing JLM’s Diaper Bank, upgrading the sensory room at United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile, and hosting and supplying bicycles for a local family festival and bike rodeo and many more!

Clark-Shaw Magnet School of Math, Science, and Technology is JLM’s current partner in the Adopt-A-School program. In this program, JLM partners with a local school to provide food items and other necessities such as clothing, uniforms, hygiene supplies and school supplies for students in need.
