Each January, the Junior League of Mobile (JLM) accepts applications on behalf of women in our community who are interested in joining.  A prospective member must be committed to being active in our Mobile/Baldwin area Community, support the mission of JLM and have an interest in contributing her time and resources to the organization.  Prospective members must currently reside in the greater Mobile/Baldwin area, and be at least 25 years of age.  JLM has no upper age limit for membership eligibility. 

The Admissions process begins on January 11, 2011, and all forms for prospective members are due to be submitted online, completed in full by the prospective member's sponsors by February 4, 2011.  Prospective members will begin the orientation process in May of 2011, followed by a 9-month provisional program beginning around late August or early September. 

Provisional dues are $215, which includes first year dues of $150 and a $85 Provisional Member acceptance fee.

To join, a prospective member must be sponsored by three active members and one sustaining member in good standing of JLM.  Only one sponsor may be a relative and only one may be a non-resident member.
