Our Mission and Purpose
The Junior League of Mobile Inc., is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
Volunteering with the Oil SpillWant to volunteer in the oil spill clean up efforts? Three local agencies: Mobile Bay National Estuary Program, Mobile Baykeeper, and Alabama Coastal Foundation have joined forces to register volunteers. Community Agency Partners and ProjectsJLM's IMPACT AREAS Over 45,000 volunteer hours and almost $500,000 per year enable the JLM to provide programs to help us fulfill our mission and effectively and positively impact the communities in which we live and work.
